Meet the Founders

Abdul Adzhim is an operations and enforcement leader with deep experience in law enforcement and regulatory operations. After leading teams of Investigation Officers and managing complex shift operations at Singapore Police Force, Adzhim brings a rare combination of operational discipline, stakeholder management, and process optimization to Klicco.

Muhammad Najib is a computer scientist and Agentic AI specialist with a Master's in Computer Science. As co-founder and COO of Klicco, he focuses exclusively on designing and deploying agentic AI systems that help businesses automate complex workflows — without the need for technical expertise. His work bridges academic rigour with real-world implementation, making AI agents accessible and actionable for SMEs across Singapore.

Sufiyan brings over 15 years of software engineering, architecture, and engineering leadership to Klicco. Before co-founding Klicco, he served as VP of Software Engineering at Incube8, where he led distributed engineering teams across Singapore, the Philippines, India, and the United States. His deep experimentation with AI agents, including building his own autonomous agent systems, led him to a clear conviction: AI was no longer just a tool but the next evolution of how businesses operate. At Klicco, Sufiyan leads the technology and product direction behind KlicForge — Klicco's proprietary AI agent infrastructure platform, which he built entirely from scratch — turning that conviction into systems businesses can actually deploy and use.
